We’re seeking a Sales Executive for a fast-growing HR Consulting company, selling HR outsourcing solutions into HR across sector. They sell a unique software product to HR Managers and HR Directors across Asia.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Managing High Ticket Customers
  • Management and mining of existing clients
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Boosting revenue generation through existing corporate clients
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in the field of HR services & solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Technology, Staffing, etc.)
  • Analytical approach with respect to growth potential
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
  • Close co-ordination with all Head of Departments to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery modules.
  • Part of the process improvement team operating for redefining effective and profitable process.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good English both written and spoken
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience
  • Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
  • Sales background
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and good project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet target / deadlines.
