We’re seeking a Sales Executive for a fast-growing HR Consulting company, selling HR outsourcing solutions into HR across sector. They sell a unique software product to HR Managers and HR Directors across Asia.
- Uncapped commission scheme (potential of earning 100 – 200K within 2 years)
- Fast Track Management Scheme (Sales General Manager within 3 – 5 years)
- Managing High Ticket Customers
- Management and mining of existing clients
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Boosting revenue generation through existing corporate clients
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in the field of HR services & solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Technology, Staffing, etc.)
- Analytical approach with respect to growth potential
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- Close co-ordination with all Head of Departments to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery modules.
- Part of the process improvement team operating for redefining effective and profitable process.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good English both written and spoken
- 2 – 3 years of working experience
- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
- Sales background
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and good project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet target / deadlines.
